1 month agoFair Oaks Coffee House & Deli has friendly and helpful staff; delicious deli food options and the coffee drink hit the spot. I purchased a sandwich and coffee which totaled approximately $25.00…a little pricey but again, delicious and great staff. Plus, they offer sprouts which a lot of delis do not. Well go back for sure.

You're always greeted with a smile, and the staff seems genuinely happy to be there, which makes a big difference. While the indoor seating is admittedly a bit limited, this is hardly a drawback when you consider the appeal of Fair Oaks itself. And thankfully, the Coffee House & Deli understands this perfectly. They boast plenty of outdoor seating, including a lovely patio area. 2 month agoThe atmosphere is nice, and you can enjoy a variety of breads and coffee. The coffee is relatively inexpensive, and I assume the reason for the low price is that they only use a single shot of espresso. As a result, the coffee tastes quite weak. They have a selection of board games, allowing customers to enjoy them while drinking coffee. One downside is the limited parking space, making it somewhat inconvenient to park.

2 month agoBoth Marissa’s were so sweet and have great customer service ! Food is spectacular I got an everything bagel with cream cheese a blueberry danish a Carmel latte and a hot chocolate! This place has the sweetest vibe Definitely will be coming back again !

2 month agoI absolutely love this place! The staff is always super friendly no matter how busy it is. The hot chocolate is amazing. But the best part about this place is the cookies! They have the best cookies in the sacramento area. I am obsessed with their white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. It is pure perfection. I have never had a better cookie. I asked the barista if they made them in house, and she said yes. My husband and I come stop by whenever we are close so I can get my cookie fix. Sorry about the cat and background in the photo. It was taken at my home. It's the only one I have of their cookies because I ate the other cookies too fast to take a photo

2 month agoCool place with a character. Lots of lovely patio seating. I loved the plants and foliage and the country decor. There was the nicest staff that was willing to remake my sandwich to accommodate my food allergies after I realized I ordered it wrong. Awesome coffee. Would come back again. Parking was tricky, this cute neighborhood is popular during weekends!

4 month agoFriendly service. I enjoyed my frozen coffee beverage on a warm day. There was a/c running inside and chairs with umbrellas outside. There was also more seating along the side of the building. It's hard to see, but it's there! Super yummy pastry treats are available, too.

4 month agoAmazing sandwich- 5 meat Fair Oaks Sub, no mustard. Matcha Latte was delicious- with lavender and light on ice. Great atmosphere- light music playing, not too busy on a weekday afternoon. Really nice and cozy cafe!
